Based in Montreal, Studio Matthew Brooks (SMB) has been working with artists, galleries, and institutions in Canada and the U.S.A. since 2015. Using world-class equipment and continually refined workflows, SMB offers meticulous production services for discerning artists and photographers.

Photo production often falls at one of two extremes: either high-end labs with extensive facilities or non-profits/individuals with limited budgets. SMB bridges this gap as an artist-centred production space with museum quality services and accessible pricing below market rates.

Studio staff currently consists of founder Matthew Brooks and will be expanding soon as more services are offered. An inkjet printing service is planned for 2022/2023 as well as an official partnership with Martin Schop Framing for mounting, framing, and crating services.
